| In a large bowl, combine oil, thyme, lemon peel, salt, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Mix well. Add potatoes; toss to coat. |
| Arrange potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake potatoes, turning once, until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Place potatoes in a serving bowl. Serve immediately. |
