2 quarts hot unsweetened tea |

1 (12 ounce) can apple juice concentrate |

1 medium lemon, sliced |

1 (3 inch) piece fresh ginger, sliced |

3 (2 ½ inch long) cinnamon sticks |
| • |
1 vanilla bean, split |

| In a serving pitcher, combine tea, apple juice, lemon, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla bean. |
| Chill for 24 hours, stirring every now and then. |
| Before serving over ice, remove ginger, cinnamon and vanilla bean. |
